THE PROCESS
The aim of coaching is personal and outstanding
performance. The coaching experience provides a safe, yet challenging
and reflective space so that clients draw upon inner creative resources
to stretch to their greatest potential.
What To Expect In The Coaching Process
Complimentary Sample Session:
This telephone session is provided so that you can experience the
impact of coaching. It is free, and there is no sales pitch or
obligation.
Coaching
Information Package: When
you sign up for a complimentary session, you will receive links
to information on the coaching experience, our policies and
pricing structure, as well as an intake
form/agreement. There is no obligation.
Welcome Session: In
our first session we discuss what you want to achieve and review the
Coaching Package. We'll develop concrete coaching outcomes and make a
commitment for a specified period of time. You will also let me know
how you
would like to pay for the sessions.
Fees: The Coaching
fee is a monthly one, and is paid in advance. You'll give me post-dated
cheques for the contracted period, or you can pay with Visa or Master
Card monthly by giving me the details over the phone. I provide
invoices and receipts. In addition, I have a toll free number for those
not located in Victoria.
Coaching Sessions: We
meet weekly for three weeks followed by a skipped week, when you can
"catch up". You'll have a regular day and time to call me each week.
Sessions are uninterrupted and are 30 to 60 min. long (depending on
which package you opt for). There is work to do between sessions, and
you'll plan for each session. You set the pace.
Ongoing Support: You
can call or e-mail if you need to discuss something, need a resource or
want to share a success, at no extra cost. I call these Impromptu
Sessions because they are not planned and last only 5-10 min.
'Make it Happen' Groups

What is group coaching? Group coaching is a cost effective way to
build confidence, competence and achievement.
Group sessions provide encouragement and focus while holding your feet
to the fire! You experience synergy,
energy, commitment and excitement as it builds in the group.
Before the sessions begin, you complete a
questionnaire so that the coach will know about you and your situation. In the first session you will get to know
your call mates, and we will set specific goals and success measures
together. Between sessions, you will
work on goals you have set for the week.
Prior to each call, you complete a Call Preparation Sheet that reflects
on the week’s wins, obstacles, and proposed agenda items. Participants have contact with the coach by
email between sessions.

Who is it for? People who lose focus or procrastinate. People who are not sure what to do next. People who want to change something. If you have something to complete and would
like the support of your coach and a group, here’s your opportunity to get moving. Find three or four friends who have things they want to accomplish. and sign up.
3. When will it happen? Wednesday evenings 6:00 to 7:00 pm PT (weekly). You can begin any Wednesday, and we will
continue till the end of your 8 sessions.

How do we meet? Over the phone. You will be
given a Bridge Number and PIN.

What will it cost and how do I pay?
The fee per person for 8 sessions is $160 +
GST (maximum of 6 participants), payable in advance by cheque or credit
card. You will also pay your own long
distance charges (using YAK is 5 cents/min)
