If you are an independent business person, a sole practitioner, or a solo entrepreneur it's likely that you are so busy that you've not taken the time to step back and focus on you long term objectives. No doubt you spend most of your time working at your business, rather than on it. As your coach, I will help you identify systems that will make the flow of business less cumbersome and time consuming. If you are just starting out, chances are you are in "overwhelm". Together we can identify what the important things are , what the obstacles are and develop plans to make it happen. You will have specific tasks to perform each week, and I will hold you to them - gently, of course.
